Cecilia has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. She served as a professional makeup artist for over ten years in National Television of Chile before moving to the United States where she has been licensed as a Full Specialist Esthetician and Nail Technician since 2003.
In 2010, she began her training in permanent makeup techniques and was licensed as a Permanent Makeup Artist by the State of Florida. Cecilia is fully insured, and adheres to the strict hygiene and sterilization guidelines set for the State of Florida.
Cecilia has been trained by some of the industry’s top masters from the U.S. and Europe and constantly improves her skills by attending classes, seminars and workshops to keep updated with the latest techniques.
Cecilia is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional and a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.
